Each Brand is a fully isolated workspace. Everything inside it — brief, presenters, stories, run history — is private to that brand business.
What it is
The workspace is everything contained within a single Brand: the master brief, digital presenter configurations, Computer run history, and active stories. When you open a Brand, you step into a self-contained creative environment for that business property. Computers invoked here operate solely within this context. This isolation is what makes running several brand businesses from one account practical. You can maintain a politics commentary brand, a tech product review property, and a founder interview series inside the same Nutgraf account — each completely separate, each with its own voice and production history. How to use it
Switching between Brands
Click the Brand name in the top-left switcher to see all your Brands. Select the one you want to work in. The workspace updates immediately — the brief, stories, and active Computer sessions all switch to that Brand. You can move between Brands as many times as you need during the day without losing state in any of them.Organising your Brands
Use names that reflect the brand business, not internal labels. If you manage many Brands, the switcher supports search so you can find the right property quickly. Frequently used Brands appear at the top.Editing the workspace brief
Open the Brand settings to update the master brief, adjust the target audience description, or revise the creative direction. Changes take effect on the next Computer run. Existing completed runs are not affected. What You Need to Know
What lives in a workspace
Workspace persistence
Your workspace is persistent. Closing the browser or switching to another Brand does not end active Computer runs. A run using a computer continues in the background. When you return to the Brand, the stories bar shows its current status and you can pick up the conversation where it left off.Collaborator access
When a collaborator is invited to a Brand, they share access to the master brief and presenter setup. Their own run history within the Brand is private to them unless they choose to share a specific story.Tips
- Use the workspace brief as the single source of truth. Avoid repeating brand context in individual Computer prompts — put it in the brief once.
- Check the stories bar when you return to a Brand. It shows what ran while you were away and whether any runs need your review.
- Create a new Brand rather than repurposing an existing one. Overwriting a brief mid-project creates inconsistency in completed work.
