How Credits Work

Credits are the currency for running Computers. Every Computer run has a fixed credit price listed before you start — you always know the cost upfront. When you confirm a run, Nutgraf reserves the full credit price from your balance before any work begins. If your balance is insufficient, the run does not start and you are offered a top-up. Runs never charge you unpredictably mid-execution. Available Plans Monthly included credits reset at the start of each calendar month. Unused included credits do not carry over. Add-on credits purchased on paid plans carry over indefinitely as long as your subscription remains active.

Upfront Credit Reservation

Nutgraf reserves the full credit cost of a run before execution begins. This means the price you see is the price you pay — there are no surprises from token overruns, retries, or extra agent steps. If a run finishes faster than expected, the reserved amount is still consumed; Nutgraf’s variable internal costs are absorbed by the platform, not passed on to you.

Credit Refills and Add-ons

Your included credits refill automatically at the start of each billing month. On Standard and Pro plans, you can purchase add-on credit packs at any time from your account settings. Add-on credits stack on top of your monthly allowance and are consumed after your included credits are exhausted.

Monitoring Your Usage

Track your credit balance and run history from your account dashboard. Each completed run shows the Computer used, the outcome delivered, and the credits consumed. You can also see your current balance at any point before starting a new run.
